take any complaint about our services very seriously. We are
happy to provide a full or partial refund in any instance
where we have failed to fulfil our obligations as laid out
in the subscription terms and conditions, provided that: (i)
you are not yourself in violation of the agreement, and have
fulfilled your own obligations as laid out; and (ii)
it is not more than 21 days after the payment was made.
Unfortunately, the companies who process your credit card
payments do not offer us the option to refund the payment
indefinitely.
